The North Cobb Homeowners Coalition was formed as a non-profit organization to facilitate communication and cooperation between the Homeowners of the North Cobb area and City, County, State and Federal Governments, PTA's and Local Schools. Cobb County is just outside Atlanta Georgia. North Cobb includes two fast growing municipalities, Kennesaw and Acworth. The goal and purpose of the NCHC is to promote the quality of life for residents of the northern portion of Cobb County, Georgia, by promoting planned and appropriate development and growth, quality educational facilities and policies, appropriate transportation resources, services and policies, appropriate safety, environmental and aesthetic concerns, and other related purposes. The NCHC was founded in 2003 and represents Many of the HOA's,
Sub-divisions, and individual Homeowners of the North Cobb Area. If you are
